Where are the siegmund work tables manufactured?
siegmund work tables are manufactured within the EU with a focus on Germany by Bernd Siegmund GmbH, the market leader for welding tables, using the most modern manufacturing processes. All tables are made by Siegmund, tested and of high quality.

What material are the siegmund work tables and accessories made of?
High-quality steel S355J2+N is used for the work tables from siegmund work. The worktable surfaces are finely milled, the constructions are reinforced with ribs. The siegmund work accessories are of very good quality. It partly differs from the Siegmund accessories in terms of technical details. Siegmund work is compatible with all Siegmund welding tables and Siegmund accessories.


My order

Which clamping system (16, 22 or 28) is right for me?
Choose the siegmund work clamping system 16 for lightweight structures and a tube diameter of up to 40-50 mm. Take advantage of the high accuracy for optimal processing of your workpieces.

Choose the siegmund work clamping system 22 for small to medium-heavy structures and manufacture your workpieces precisely through precise and quick fixing.

Choose the siegmund work clamping system 28 for all requirements, from light to heavy structures and benefit from the great stability of the tables and tools.

Can I also buy other table sizes (special sizes) from siegmund work?
The siegmund work range only refers to the table sizes offered on the internet.

Is there a right of return / right of exchange?
If you do not like an item or would like to exchange it, the statutory return period is 14 days. For more information see: Return policy

What payment methods are there?
At siegmund work you can conveniently pay in advance or on account.

Goods in stock will be sent within approx. 3-5 working days after receipt of payment on our account. A delivery by cash on delivery or direct debit is unfortunately not possible.

When do I have to pay if my work table is not in stock?
You are welcome to transfer in advance to keep the delivery time as short as possible. Otherwise we will inform you of the delivery date and then ask for your transfer. After receipt of payment, the goods will be sent within approx. 3-5 working days.


Delivery

How does siegmund work ship my order?
Your order will be delivered to the desired address by a forwarding agent. Please have a forklift ready for this. If you only order siegmund work accessories, these will be sent to you by DPD.

What if I don't have an unloading facility / no forklift?

2400 x 1200 mm and 3000 x 1500 mm work tables must be unloaded from the side of the truck. A forklift is absolutely necessary for this.
In this case, we recommend that you borrow one (possibly from the neighborhood). In order for the delivery to be notified by the forwarding agent, it is absolutely necessary to provide a telephone number and contact person in the ordering process. Parcel shipments are not notified.

Tables up to 2000 mm in length can be delivered with a box truck. On trucks with lifting platforms, tables up to 2000 mm in length can be unloaded using a lift truck with the appropriate load. Otherwise a forklift is required.

What are the packaging and transport costs?

The listed packaging and transport costs refer to the individual item and will be adjusted when purchasing multiple items.

The shipping costs for siegmund work tables are calculated from the postal code you specified in the shopping cart. You can already see these in the shopping cart.

For deliveries of exclusively siegmund work accessories within Germany, we charge €4.50 under 10 kg and €10 over 10 kg.

How long are the delivery times?
Goods in stock will be sent within approx. 3-5 working days after receipt of payment on our account.

Will I be informed about the shipment?
As soon as your ordered goods have been dispatched, you will be informed by e-mail.

I received an incorrect or damaged item. What can I do?
If you have received a damaged item or an item that you did not order, we will have it collected from you. For more information see: Return policy. We will endeavor to replace the item for you as quickly as possible. If the item is no longer available, the invoice amount will of course be refunded to you.


Return policy

An article doesn't appeal to me. Can I return an item?
At siegmund work you have the option of returning an item up to 14 days after receipt. Please use the following forms enclosed with the shipment so that we can ensure quick and correct processing:

Return of siegmund work tables:
If you have ordered the siegmund work table incorrectly or if you don't like it, you can have it picked up by us within the return period. Please let us know your return request by e-mail and the times when the work table is ready for collection. Alternatively, you can also arrange the pick-up date directly with the forwarding agent. If you wish this, please indicate this in the e-mail. Please have the original packaging and unused table ready for collection. See: Service >> Instructions >> Packaging instructions
 

Can I exchange an item?
If the item is in its original condition, it can be exchanged within the return period without any problems.

Will my full invoice value be refunded in the case of a return?
In the case of a return, we will of course reimburse you for the value of the goods. Shipping costs are not taken into account.

I have returned an item.
How and when will the value of the goods be refunded to me?

The basic requirement for a quick refund of your money is a fully completed return slip with all bank details. After receipt of the return and inspection of the goods, the value of the goods already paid will be refunded within approx. 7 to 14 days.

How must the item be packaged for return?
Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, send the worktables back on the original pallet, wrapped in foil, covered with a wooden lid and fixed with steel straps. We recommend keeping the table packaging until the end of the return period.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please also ensure that the accessories are adequately protected against transport damage with suitable packaging in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage caused by defective packaging. How to register a complaint?
In the case of a complaint, we ask that you inform us by e-mail and attach photos of the goods to be complained about, for example if the packages were delivered in poor condition.
Important!! If the goods are received in damaged packaging, this must be noted/acknowledged by the deliverer or acceptance must be refused. A complaint for this reason cannot be considered without a note from the parcel service or the forwarding agent.
siegmund work will then get in touch with you and collect the items complained about from you or send them to you again.
If the complaint is justified, siegmund work will send you the replacement item free of charge as soon as possible.


 My account

I have registered and still do not receive any e-mails from siegmund work. Why?
It can happen that some e-mails are classified by your provider as unwanted e-mails (so-called spam or junk mail). Open this spam mail folder and mark the sender you want to receive the emails from as "not spam".

I forgot my password or want to change it. What can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, simply request a new password via "Forgot your password".
If you want to change the password, you can do this in your account.


Data security

Will my data be treated confidentially?
All personal data transmitted to us, such as address, order and account information, will only be used to process your order. We do not pass on personal data, including your postal and e-mail address, to third parties. Excluded from this are our service partners such as DPD, who need your address to process the order.

Are payment data secured and transmitted so that they cannot be viewed by third parties?
Personal data is transmitted via secure 256-bit SSL encryption and is therefore "tap-proof". The Internet address of our homepage is displayed, starting with https (navigation line in the upper browser window) and the lock and/or key icon.
